An opportunity has arisen working with a well renowned Main Contractor client of ours who undertake various mixed-use regeneration projects across the UK.
As there has been a lot of success this year and already for next, they are now having a large recruitment drive and there is a new Permanent role for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager.

Oversee the project team and supply chain to complete the project within budget, on time and to the best quality.

Produce reports, professional records and general information to the Contracts Director.

Be the main point of contact for the client and government officials whilst building solid rapport, understanding the clients requirements and relaying to the team.

Ensure there is a proactive approach to manage the Health & Safety on site.

Manage a team of Senior Engineers, Site Managers, Subcontractors and direct labour workforce.
Experience of the Project Manager:

Experience working as a Project Manager on projects that value between £10m - £60m

A degree/HND in Construction (Desirable)
-
Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of the overall construction process.

Experience working with a Main Contractor
-
Provided Longevity in their career.
In return the Project Manager will receive:

£60,000 - £70,000 salary (depending on experience)

Consistent training and development.
