I am looking for a freelance Utilities Project Engineer to join a Utility Sub-Contractor on an HS2 package in West London. You will be joining a growing team at the early stages of a multi-billion pound project.
Reporting directly to the PM, the role will initially involve the detailed design or a number of utility packages, before being responsible for delivering these packages, between North Acton and Uxbridge.
The job will involve;
- Design Management
- Preparing work package plans
- Overseeing H&S on site
- On-site paperwork and daily record keeping
- Processing permits
- Liaise consistently with the client, stakeholders and main contractors on site
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Have and HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or related field
- Have strong experience in the utility sector
