CarmichaelUK are working with a top tier JV on the HS2 Main works who are looking for a Highways Consents Manager to join the team on maternity cover.
The role and responsibility include the following:
- To process all Schedule 4 applications with the local highway authorities
- Represent Area West at the borough-specific TLGs and Community TLG to present our traffic management schemes and provide the necessary interface with other contractors & utility TM undertakers to identify conflict and promote collaboration
- To manage other highways permits such as TTROs, TMANs, bus stop suspensions, parking bay suspensions and the associated interface with the relevant authorities for obtaining these consents.
The ideal candidate will have:
- HNC or higher in an Engineering related field
- A highways design and construction background
- Current CSCS
- SMSTS (desirable)
- NRSWA (desirable)
