Fawley Refinery

The Fawley Strategy (FAST) project is the planned construction of a new diesel plant at the Fawley oil refinery, Britain’s largest integrated refinery and petrochemical plant. Once completed the new diesel plant will increase the production of ultra-low sulphur diesel by 45% or 38,000 barrels per day.

The works include building a hydrotreater unit to remove sulphur from diesel, supported by a hydrogen plant.
