East Leeds Orbital Route

The East Leeds Orbital Route is designed to help ease traffic flow for people working, living and visiting the city.

Works commenced on the construction of the main ELOR in Jan 2020 and the route was successfully opened to traffic August 2022, with finishing works and landscaping due to be completed by Spring 2023.
