CarmichaelUK are looking for a freelance CAD Technician / 3D Modeller to work for a family run earth moving company based in Essex. Our client has won a number of exciting contracts and is looking to bring someone on board to support with the transfer of data into AutoCAD fora number of projects. You will spend your day taking site data and integrating int into AutoCAD.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
- 3D Modelling
- AutoCAD Civil 3D competent in drainage networks, topography, solids
- AutoCAD REVIT program
- Must be able to interrogate 3D network models and produce schedules and construction drawings from these models
- Clash detection
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold an HND or higher in Surveying or related subject
- Be BIM competent
- Have exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD
- Have groundworks experience
