A UK Leading Civil contractor are seeking an Administrator to join their team for a long term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment at the end of the contracted period.

Must have experience working within the construction industry in a similar role.

This role is based on-site with strict Covid Protocols in place for candidates protection 

Job Description

Within this role you would be responsible for but not limited to any of the following;

  • General Admin and ad hoc duties- must be flexible 
  • Have experience in raising permits, printing off drawings
  • Developing and implementing processes relating to document control
  • Coordinating with project teams
  • Supporting Logistics Manager and Document Controller
     

The successful candidate will have:

 

  • Have previous experience working within a Document Controller Support / Administrator or similar role
  • Good IT Skills – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience of using electronic data management systems
