Carmichael are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join our Operational Support Control Room in Bicester.

You will monitor deliveries to worksites by the supply chain. The role will also require you to monitor and report on daily compliance of the supply chain in line with rules and regulations, identifying issues and recording non-compliances.

We will need you to issue notices to the supply chain and deal with responses. You will also manage telephone enquiries from drivers, hauliers and suppliers as well as from internal stakeholders.

This role will require you to work shifts between 07:00-16:00, and 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday with the occasional half day Saturday.

About The Candidate

  • Previous experience as an administrator
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and other Microsoft packages
  • Extremely computer literate
  • Good organisation and clear communication skills
  • You must have your own transport, our office is not accessible by public transport
