Carmichael are seeking an experienced Administrator to join an engineering company based in Aylesbury.

The role is Temp to perm – Monday to Friday

You will need to drive and have your own vehicle.

Day to day duties

•              Write and distribute email and correspondence memos where required

•              Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

•              Develop and maintain a filing system on SharePoint and other systems

•              Book travel arrangements

•              Document creation

•              Greet visitors and provide general support

•              Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required

•              Handle requests and queries from senior managers

•              Data entry where required

•              Filing important documentation away correctly

•              Providing support to other members of the team when required

The person

•              Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment.

•              Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

•              Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

•              Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

•              Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•              Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
