Agent required for a major civil engineering and infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport.
We are looking for an experienced Agent to oversee the delivery of key work packages on a high-profile aviation project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a challenging live airport environment, managing both engineering and construction activities during twilight and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the safe and efficient delivery of civils and infrastructure packages
- Planning works and coordinating subcontractors on site
- Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits, and associated documentation
- Monitoring progress, programme, quality, and productivity
- Managing engineering teams and site supervision staff
- Ensuring compliance with Heathrow and project-specific procedures
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
- Supporting commercial reporting and project controls
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Agent, or Section Engineer on major infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods
- Experience managing subcontractors and site delivery teams
- Working knowledge of QA processes, ITPs, permits, and temporary works
- Ability to manage programme and coordinate multiple work fronts
- CSCS Card essential
- SMSTS preferred
- Heathrow, airport, rail, highways, or major project experience advantageous
