Our client is a specialist contractor that is involved in heavy civils and earthworks in South Wales. Looking for a candidate that is looking to make the move up to Site Agent level with a company that encourages creativity and development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects.
- Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS, Inspection and Test Plans and waste management plans (as required), in line with Company procedures.
- Implementing Health & Safety procedures
- Carrying out daily/Weekly reports to the project management
- Supervision and planning of workload for the site teams
- Mentoring other members of staff
- Health and Safety
Skills
- Previous track record working as a Site Manager / Senior Engineer
- Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS cards
- BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent.
