🚧 We're Hiring: Agent – T2 Baggage Programme (Tranche 4), Heathrow

Join at the heart of one of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure programmes. We’re looking for an experienced Agent to take ownership of a key section of works within Tranche 4 of the Terminal 2 Baggage Programme (T2BP) at Heathrow Airport.

🛠️ About the Role

As an Agent, you’ll play a critical role throughout all stages of the project lifecycle—from early investigations through to design, delivery and final handover. You'll be working closely with Heathrow’s project team in a collaborative ‘One Team’ environment, helping deliver vital enabling works for the new baggage system (Tranche 5).

Scope of Works in Tranche 4 includes:

• Construction of a new Baggage Recovery Facility (BRF)

• Relocation of Tug Charging, GSE, and Arrivals Call Forward Parking

• T2A Basement surveys and remedials

• Major demolitions including:

  • T1 Nose building

  • Rotunda Link Bridge

  • Pier 4 Remnants

  • Pier 4A

  • T2 Connector Building

  • Starlight Point Dismantling

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Manage the pre-construction and delivery phases for assigned packages

• Coordinate day & night shift work and short-term programming aligned to the master schedule

• Ensure design outputs meet HAL’s baggage/engineering requirements, statutory obligations, and building regs

• Manage procurement and subcontract delivery

• Lead and coach a team of engineers and supervisors on-site

• Oversee RAMS, QA, work permits and stakeholder engagement

• Champion health, safety, quality, sustainability, and productivity

• Work closely with commercial and planning teams to optimise delivery

✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Civil Engineering qualification

• Strong delivery background in complex infrastructure

• Experience managing M&E interface works and permitting

• Knowledge of NEC contracts

• Skilled in short-term planning, budget tracking, and package management

• Leadership experience—able to guide engineers and supervisors

• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement

Desirable:

• Demolition experience

• Experience working in live airport environments

Certifications:

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• Valid UK Driving Licence
