Agent – Tier 1 Experience Required | Heathrow Airport
Location: Heathrow Airport – Northern Runway
Shifts: Days & Twilight
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Agent to manage a civils team on the Northern Runway. You will be responsible for overseeing works in a live airport environment, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of critical infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise civil engineering teams on-site

Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with airport safety and operational procedures

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Monitor progress, quality, and HSE standards

Deliver works to Tier 1 standards within tight timeframes and operational constraints
Requirements:

Proven Tier 1 experience on airport or major highway projects (essential)

Strong civil engineering background

Experience managing works in high-security, live environments

CSCS, SMSTS, and Airside Pass (or eligible)

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Flexibility to work day and twilight shifts
