An inside IR35 opportunity exist for Site Agent proficient in the delivery of inner-city land regeneration projects. Your experience in bulk earthworks, relocation of utilities and drainage on public realm projects is sought after.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include –
- Scoping of the works
- Planning the construction methodology and risk
- Close liaison and interaction with the stakeholders, designers, subcontractor, council officials and utility providers.
- Providing contract updates and progress reports
- Management and tasking of the delivery team.
- Programming of the works
- Ensuring H&S is implemented
Requirements for this post include-
- Previous experience completing similar projects for a tier one principal Contractor
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proven recent delivery experience
- Excellent management and motivational skills
- Commercially aware, knowledgeable on regulations
- Professional accreditation or working toward it
- Additional certification advantageous like TWC, AP and project management
- CSCS, SMSTS and first Aid
