Section Engineer – Heathrow Airport
Location: Heathrow Airport, London
Rate: Umbrella PAYE
Start: Immediate
We’re looking for an experienced Section Engineer to join a Tier 1 Contractor on major infrastructure works at Heathrow Airport. This is a key role supporting delivery on one of the UK’s most prestigious live projects.
Requirements:
- Proven Heathrow or Airport project experience (essential)
- Strong background with Tier 1 main contractors
- Solid understanding of delivery, QA, setting out, and documentation
- Capable of supervising Site Engineers and ensuring quality and safety compliance
- CSCS and relevant civil engineering qualifications
Role Overview:
As Section Engineer, you’ll manage a specific section of works, coordinating trades, supervising engineers, and ensuring progress meets programme and quality standards. You’ll report to the Senior Engineer and contribute to successful delivery across your section.
Ideal Candidate:
A confident Section Engineer with hands-on experience in live, high-security environments such as airports. You’ll have excellent communication and coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery
