Carmichael UK are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor on a Major Civils project.
Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the project team to support them in the growth of our project.

Your day to day will include:
-
Administer and enforce business commercial procedures;
-
Measure works carried out and reconcile to Target Cost;
-
Prepare Monthly and final applications for payment;
-
Placing and subsequent financial management of sub-contract agreements;

Provide assistance, guidance and support to the operational teams in the areas of: Contract Compliance, The financial impact of decisions; Value maximization/cost saving techniques; Procurement strategy

You have experience within the construction or civils industry
