An established family run civil engineering contractor who specialise within Groundworks and RC Frame packages are looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to their team on a permanent basis.
They have a number of schemes throughout Berkshire and are looking for the next generation of managers to join their team and oversee their own sites when you feel comfortable to do so.
This business have a strong reputation for training and retaining their staff, you'll be working closely with the current Site Manager who will be guiding and training you into a competent Site Manager in future.
Some of your duties will include:
- Liaise regularly with Site and Project Managers
- Ordering materials
- Writing reports and keeping on top of reports
- Adhering to stringent health & safety policies
- Ensuring work is progressing to plan and monitoring KPIs
- Completing risk and method statements
About you:
- Must have a stable work history
- 2 years' minimum management experience
- Drivers license
- Previous management experience
- RC Frame and Groundworks experience (Preferred but not essential)
