Carmichael are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the Team based in Watford.
The position is 3 days per week. 2 days Hybrid 1 day based in the office in Watford.
The Bid Coordinator will support the Bid Manager and Bid Director through the following: 
Bid Preparation and Submission:
·    Coordinate the bid process from start to finish.
·    Work with Bid Manager to review and analyse request for tenders to determine requirements.
·    Gather necessary information from internal teams such as project management, finance, legal, and marketing.
·    Assist in preparing responses, including technical content and compliance documentation.
•    Ensure all bid submissions meet client specifications and deadlines.

•    Initiative - Use of own initiative required in all aspects of job.  
•    Flexibility –This position may require occasional travel. The role typically operates within an office environment but may involve site visits or working beyond standard hours depending on project needs.
•    Decision Making - Makes decisions, which are normally covered by policy/procedure but can utilise discretionary judgement 
•    Confidentiality - Responsible for commercially sensitive and confidential information which if disclosed could be prejudicial to the company
•    Ingenuity - Work varies from the established routine in the need to originate, adapt or adopt solutions
•    Resilience – bids can be very fast moving and intense periods of time which will throw up a lot of challenges 
•    Reliability – we need someone who will help support the bid teams through the busy and challenging bid life cycle
•    Advanced proficiency in Office 365 with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint with excellent typography and document formatting skills
•    Attention to detail and an aptitude for editing and proof reading
•    Experience with Adobe InDesign advantageous but not required.
