Bid Manager
A well-known Civil Engineering and Infrastructure firm are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their Pre-Construction team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for you to support an established team with PQQ and Tenders.
With a background in Civils Contractor sites and/or an Engineering qualification, some of your duties will include:
- Drive and energise the bid team to achieve a successful outcome for each allocated tender. Following designated processes and best practice in place within organisation.
- Agree Bid Budget and monitor expenditure.
- Manage tender programme.
- Manage designers where necessary to achieve optimum solutions
- Participate in review of suppliers to receive tender inquiries
Dependent on experience, this role offers £45,000 - £65,000 + car allowance.
