A long-term freelance opportunity exists for an Engineer/Technician highly competent in the use of microstation, to create and maintain a buried services model on a rail complex project. Knowledge of PAS 128 as well as the issue of buried services permits is essential.

 

Duties will include –

  • Continuously updating buried services information
  • Identifying services and service providers
  • Updating the services model on microstation
  • Advising on the procedures in accordance to PAS 128
  • Informing site teams

 

Requirements for this post include –

  • Highly competent in the use of microstations
  • Proven knowledge of PAS 128
  • Extensive experience within the buried services sector
  • PTS, CSCS and First Aid

 

This post is due to start in August. Due to the current Covid circumstance, work can be carried out at home with the required occasional trips to site or as advised at the time. This post falls inside of IR35, i.e. PAYE will apply.
