Due to continued success, CarmichaelUK, the leading civil engineering recruitment agency is expanding!  We are now looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Thame, Oxfordshire. Our Oxfordshire office is one of four and is positioned in the heart of the market town with short walks to the surrounding nature reserve and river. The office is in an ideal location for major UK project connections including High Speed 2, Smart Motorways and London Airports.

Working as a Business Manager at CarmichaelUK you will be supported to achieve. We are committed to your development and you will receive coaching, training and mentoring that is second to none. To be considered for a position as a Business Manager you will:

  • Possess technical recruitment experience, with continuity of employment
  • Be prepared to manage a team
  • Be prepared to source Contractors across white collar engineering and rail disciplines
  • Have a proven history of achievement through education, personal interests or work history
  • Have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable with face to face meetings
  • Be located within reasonable commuting distance to our office in East London
