An established Piling contractor are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for producing and managing technical drawings and models in line with the project requirements.
Due to the current pandemic, this position will involve a mix of working from home but also from the office when needs be so the successful BIM Manager needs to be open to travelling to and from the office.
This position will suit somebody that lives within commuting distance of Buckinghamshire or Northampton.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting senior management to execute the BIM project execution plan
- Developing policies, procedures and protocols in order to become fully compatible with the clients BIM requirements
- Production and submission of BIM models in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeping up to date with advancements in your field

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills and strong knowledge of relevant work packages
- Ability to work of own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
