I’m working with a large infrastructure contractor in West Birmingham. They are on the lookout for an experienced Change Commercial Manager with a strong background in commercial build projects and an expert in NEC and ICC form of contract.
The successful Commercial Manager will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
- Previous experience working in similar environments such as Crossrail, Transpennine or HS2
- Proven success working for a main contractor in a commercial role
