  • The role of Commercial Administrator is to support the project commercial team in the administration of costs, contracts and any other commercial function as required. The role may involve all aspects of work from, record-keeping, collating and organising site records, cross referencing different forms of site records and using the resulting data to verify supplier invoices, payment applications and additional works claims. Seeking to minimise cost and enhance value for money whilst achieving the required standards and quality.  This role will work under the close direction and supervision of the project’s Quantity Surveyors and/or Commercial Managers. Essential: Microsoft Office Suite, excellent Excel skills. Relevant experience with regards to an administrative role within the construction industry. 

    Desirable: 5 years general administration or accounts administration experience. Experience of an Electronic Document Management System (Business Collaborator preferred).
