I am working on an outstanding role, one of our oldest clients has asked me to find them a Commercial Director for the Rail Sector business of this main contractor, the role reports directly to the Managing Director. The Commercial Director will be based in Wiltshire but will make frequent visits to the clients London Head office and to projects across the country.
Key deliverables for the Commercial Director are:

Many years experience as a QS/Commercial Manager in a main contractor

MRICS qualification or similar

Expertise with NEC3 contract form

Compensation Event experience

Well developed interpersonal skills

Ability to interact at C-Suite level
Your direct reports will include Senior Commercial managers/Commercial managers/Senior QS’s.
You will work closely with the Project Directors and the Delivery Teams.
