Our client is a construction and civil engineering contractor and they are looking for a Commercial Manager to run their Sports and Leisure scheme in London.
You will be joining a well established company who operate nationwide on a variety of construction projects. This role would be ideal for someone with new build experience.
As a Commercial Manager you will be:
- Managing a commercial team
- Delivering a commercial strategy
- Maximising cash income through applications
- Managing the entire project and sub-contractors
- Monitoring the contract performance
- Preparing and approving sub-contractor payments
Requirements
- Degree in construction or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role managing a team
- Sports and leisure sector knowledge
- Good knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and NEC desirable)
- Up to date understanding of legal matters
