Our client is a construction and civil engineering contractor operating nationwide across infrastructure, highways, rail and aviation sectors.
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their civil engineering team on a Bank Station upgrade.
Some of the duties will include:
- being responsible for a commercial function on a project
- delivering commercial strategy
- maximising cash income through applications
- monitoring contract performance
- approving and preparing sub-contractor payments
- reviewing and validating project information
Requirements:
- previous experience managing high value civil engineering infrastructure projects
- extensive NEC experience
- technical degree or equivalent
- member of an appropriate professional body
- negotiating skills
