Our client is a building and civil engineering contractor, operation across highways, heavy civils, water and marine sectors. They are looking for a Commercial Manager with highways and structures experience on a £75m Lowestoft third crossing over Lake Lothing project.
As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for controlling the cost throughout the project from conception to completion
- Dealing with cost related enquiries
- Liaising with clients and site management team effectively
- Having a strong understanding of contract law
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Previous experience working on highways and structures NEC3 projects
- Experience overseeing a commercial team including quantity surveyors of varying levels
- Managing projects up to £50m
- Stable career background
