An established RC Frame & Groundworks contractor are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Having been established for over 40 years with an annual turnover of £150m, they are looking for a strong Commercial Manager with a history of working on complex RC Frame structures to join them on one of their most prestigious projects in East London which is due to start in April.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to join the company in a period of growth and to stamp your mark on a high-profile project from the offset.
Some of your duties will include:
- Being responsible for controlling the cost throughout the project from conception to completion
- Dealing with cost related enquiries
- Liaising with clients and site management team effectively
- Having a strong understand of contract law
About the candidate:
- Must have demonstrable experience of working on RC Frames and Infrastructure projects
- Have experience overseeing a commercial team including Quantity Surveyors of varying levels of experience
- Stable career background
- Have worked for a Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor previously
- Degree educated
