We are working with a tier-1 contractor to find a Commercial manager for a new project based in North West London. The Commercial Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director. The Commercial Manager will be based in Central London in the early phases and then out on site in North West London but will make frequent visits to the clients London Head office and occasionally to projects across the country.
Key deliverables for the Commercial Manager are:
- Many years experience as a QS/Commercial Manager in a main contractor
- MRICS qualification or similar
- Expertise with NEC3 contract form
- Compensation Event experience
- Well developed interpersonal skills
Your direct reports will include Managing Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
You will work closely with the Project Managers and the Delivery Teams.
