Carmichael are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the team based in Bicester.
- Liaising with Recruiters and Managers to ensure that new candidate assignments are set up correctly.
- Building relationships with candidates during the early stages of their Carmichael experience
- Assisting candidates with compliance, payroll and contract documentation.
- Be an expert in our service offerings and core values to ensure a strong relationship with our candidates.
- Work with our professional advisors to ensure that relevant legislative and regulatory standards are understood within the Compliance, Recruitment and Back Office teams.
- Continuous development of our industry leading candidate care programme.
- Distribution and education around health & safety matters.
- Liaising with internal departments and external clients for query resolution.
- Ensuring that our processes and procedures are rigorously followed and any changes are understood and implemented.
- Attending client and candidate meetings, on and off site.
- Attending candidate events when requested.
The ideal candidate will:
- Self motivated and able to work under their own initiative
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail and ability to understand and interpret operational reporting
- Have the ability to maintain credibility and the gravitas to perform the role when working to tight deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment
- Have previous experience in shaping and refining on boarding processes and strategies
- Ability to prioritise giving due consideration to risk and commercial factors
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
