We are looking for a Compliance and On Boarding Specialist to join our busy team to support them, our clients and candidates during the early stages of a new assignment.

The Position:

 

  • Liaising with Recruiters and Managers to ensure that new candidate assignments are set up correctly.
  • Building relationships with candidates during the early stages of their Carmichael experience
  • Assisting candidates with compliance, payroll and contract documentation.
  • Be an expert in our service offerings and core values to ensure a strong relationship with our candidates.
  • Work with our professional advisors to ensure that relevant legislative and regulatory standards are understood within the Compliance, Recruitment and Back Office teams.
  • Continuous development of our industry leading candidate care programme.
  • Distribution and education around health & safety matters.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external clients for query resolution.
  • Ensuring that our processes and procedures are rigorously followed and any changes are understood and implemented.
  • Attending client and candidate meetings, on and off site.
  • Attending candidate events when requested.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Self motivated and able to work under their own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ability to understand and interpret operational reporting
  • Have the ability to maintain credibility and the gravitas to perform the role when working to tight deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment
  • Have previous experience in shaping and refining on boarding processes and strategies
  • Ability to prioritise giving due consideration to risk and commercial factors
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
