We are looking for a Concrete Engineer to join an RC Frame Contractor on the reinforced concrete package of a major infrastructure project in East London.
In this role, the Concrete Engineer will have the responsibility of overseeing all pours on-site, as part of the construction of a large viaduct and new station box. The package of works is due for completion in late summer 2020.
The day to day role will involve;
- Pre-pour inspections
- Checks on mix design
- Ordering concrete
- Liaising with batching plant, concrete gangs and Site Manager
- Concrete QA and record-keeping
To be considered for this role you will need the following;
- CSCS card
- Prior experience as a Concrete Technician or Concrete Engineer
- Proven experience with a UK main contractor or subcontractor
