We are looking for an experienced Engineer with extensive concrete experience to join a leading RC Frame Contractor on a major commercial/residential build project in Central London. The engineer will be required to start ASAP, with works programmed through to late summer 2021 with the likelihood of the contract being extended.
Works will involve the construction of 6x residential tower blocks, the largest will be constructed using an SKE50 jump form. 2x of the towers will be Post Tension slabs and the other 4x will be traditional RC frame.
This role has been determined outside IR35 given that the successful candidate meets the site requirements.
The ideal candidate will tick the following boxes;
- Strong experience with reinforced concrete
- Experience managing concrete pours including cubes/slump tests, measuring up, liaising with the batching plant/drivers, and doing TW permits to load and unload.
- Have an up to date CSCS Card (AQP or higher)
- Hold an HNC or higher in an Engineering related field
