Our Trades & Labour Division have secured a number of key Infrastructure contracts across the UK, and we are currently looking for a Concrete Finisher for the Devonport Docks Project, to be engaged on a long-term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Use various tools, such as trowels, floats & power floats to smooth and level concrete.
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and the ability to work with different types of concrete.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure the quality of finished concrete surfaces.
- Install control joints and expansion joints to prevent cracking of concrete.
- Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces.
- Operate equipment such as Stihl saws, grinders, and concrete vibrator/poker.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience on similar contracts.
- Hard working
- Reliable
- Detail Orientated
- Safety Conscious
