Carmichael are seeking a Construction Manager with experience associated with Highway and groundworks.
The person
- Be an appointed person who can manager and approve all the lift plans
- Be a temporary works co-ordinator and supervisor and sign off all temporary works designs
- Experience on working in and around network rail especially looking at lifting operations
- Have experience in carpark construction and ideally steel frame installation.
- Good experience of working with Local highways authority and of highway construction
- Fully able to manage multiple sub-contractors and manage client expectations
- SMSTS
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Sound Knowledge of NEC option B contracts
