We have the pleasure to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to join a team who are at the very start of a major Road improvement scheme
Some of your duties will include:
- To ensure that contract plans are well programme, reviewed, and delivered on time
- Operating as a line manager to assist the site Agent and other relevant team members
- Maintaining a close relationship with client and ensuring internal/external stakeholders are kept up to date with site progress
- Ensuring that site health and safety is maintained at a high level
- Ensuring that company policies are adhered to
- Reporting to Project Manager
About you:
- Demonstrable history of delivering roads or highway works packages between £10-20m
- Able to maintain relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong health and safety focus
