Here we have a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager.
As Construction Manager, you will e responsible for managing the construction on a section or project dependent of the scale and complexirty of the works involved. Ensure that all works including those of suppliers and subcontractors are supervised and coordinated to deliver on safety, quality and environmental objectives.
Duties will include but not limited to -
- Plan, organise, control and coordinate the site or section of the site
- Day to day plan for site operations
- Procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors
- Cost control
- Mark up the project programme weekly
- Daily review of the work plan
- Client liaison
Requirements for this position -
- Demonstrable experience as Construction Manager on build projects
- Degree qualified/equiavelent would be beneficial
