Carmichael UK are recruiting for a Construction Manager for a Tier 1 Client on a Major Civils Project in Buckinghamshire.
Responsibilities.

Responsible for the safe planning and safe execution of the works

Ensuring all required paperwork (WPP / TBS) and permits are in place to undertake the works.

Contribute to the plan and following the agreed programme.

Raise any Early Warnings.

Brief workforce on planned works, safety stand down, too box talks.

Work alongside Engineering Manager to ensure all engineering works are carried out to enable the works.

Work alongside the Engineering Manager to ensure all Quality and Assurance paperwork is completed.

- Concrete walkways and aprons
- Route works
- Plant room slabs
- New Track – Plain Line and S&C.
- UTX
- Equipment bases.
