An established main contractor who specialise within residential, commercial, hotel and education projects is searching for an experienced Planner to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working closely with the Planning Manager and Project Planner and will be responsible for the effective planning and programming on a variety of projects which includes hotels, commercial and student schemes throughout the UK and Ireland.
Your duties:
- Produce tender programmes to support bids
- Present information for internal meetings on the project
- Develop look ahead programmes with the site team
- Liaise with project and site managers to review project progress throughout the project life cycle
- Reporting updates to Contracts Director and externally to clients
- Assist with the development of monthly progress reports
Qualification / Experience:
- HNC/D or Degree in Construction related course
- Previous experience of Asta Power (not essential as training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills
- Stable career history
- Full clean driving license
- Must be flexible to travel throughout UK to meet business requirements
