I am working with a Dublin based civil engineering contractor. The company are looking to hire a Contracts Manager / Project Manager with a background in Marine/Piling.
The company have a track record in in Civil, Building, Conservation, Dredging and Marine work.
The projects are usually between the €30m - €60m mark.
The Contracts Manager position will suit someone who is currently Dublin based or is looking to move back to Dublin.
The Contracts Manager will oversee various projects across the UK, you will ensure the client/company are fully delivery compliant.
KEY DUTIES – Contracts Manager
- Ensure stakeholder involvement
- Maintain a strong working relationship at all levels within the client.
- External facing position so strong communication skills are essential
- Oversee delivery is compliant with procedures, policies and technical specification
- Control of the project budget
- Guarantee delivery to clients budget/timescale
