A high-profile job-based in London are looking for a Cost Engineer with a background in road/ maintenance works
Reporting to the Commercial Director , you can be expected to work within a close-knit and supportive team and will be given the autonomy to manage your own work . You will be expected to to deal with cost reconciliations, cash management, subcontractor account management, dispute management, and much more.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, you will be quick to resolve issues and proactive in your approach.
About you:
- Experience as a Cost Engineer/ QS
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B, and C
- Knowledge of NEC 4 contracts
- Experience of working on build jobs
- Clear communication skills and proactive in tackling issues
