An immediate start 6 month freelance opportunity exists for an experience Design Coordinator to oversee the upgrading of facilities on a sport complex.
Duties will include -
- Report to the Design Manager
- Respond to or escalate RFI and technical queries
- Oversee numerous building packages simultaneously
- Liaison with internal and external design teams
- Manage the flow of information
- Set and chair weekly design meetings
Requirements –
- Solid continuous experience as a Design Coordinator on building/construction projects
- Proven capability to interpret designs
- Effective planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree or HNC in the building construction preferable
- Work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines
