I am looking for a Design Manager to join a Tier 1 Contractor on a major station project in Central London.
The ideal candidate will be from a structural background with stong design management experience.
The day to day role will involve;
- Managing site RFIs to get response from the design consultant on time to facilitates the work on site.
- Manage the structural design issues and come up with solutions.
- Obtain design change approvals via RFI/FCDs
- Manage design interfaces with third parties who owns the design responsibility for their structure.
Other requirements are;
- Up to dates CSCS card
- HNC or higher in an engineer related field
