Carmichael UK are seeking a Design Manager to join a tier 1 contractor at Hinkley Point C on a permanent basis.
As Site Manager you role will be:
- Management of Design Deliverables from the MEP, Architectural Fit Out and Envelope from subcontractors
- Management of coordination of design packages with Design Consultant
- Coordination with existing structural and external Roads & Networks design
- Management of the Junior Design Managers and Design Coordinators
- Management of design submission and approval to the Client and any required authorities
About You:
- Previous experience as a Design Manager on a major project with similar tier 1 companies
- Previous buildings experience
- Appropriate qualifications and CSCS card
- Local to or willing to lodge near the project
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package
3 years work minimum on this specific package with the view to extend into the following scope currently being discussed with the client.
