An established Principal Building Contractor based in South-West London are seeking experienced Design Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.
This business has been operating for over 40 years and undertake projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Education, Leisure and Mixed-use sectors on schemes up to £120m.
They complete everything in-house and take projects from groundworks stage right through to fit out and hand over.
The requirement is for a Design Manager to work out of their South-West London based office overseeing the design and construction of a new build RC Frame residential scheme in South London, you will be liaising with the site team to ensure that the project is being built to spec within a timely manner.
You will be required to travel to site regularly so please ensure that South London is commutable from your location.
