CarmichaelUK are recruiting an experienced Document Controller / Office Administrator for work with a main tier contractor at Farnborough Airport.
We are keen to hear from you if you have experience working within a construction environment and have significant working knowledge of Asite.
Expected duration of work is 6 months with potential for extension.
Your duties will include:
- Doc Control (A Site)
- All general Admin – reports – collation and binding
- Meeting catering etc.
- Reception duties
- Stationery & office supplies - monitor and order as required
- Cost Clerk role – invoice register & ITESoft
- Site Waste Management Plan – data entry
- Material reconciliations - Concrete, muckaway & aggregates
- Material Transport reporting – calculating carbon footprint
- General office management duties
- Deliverables tracking and ensuring current revisions are updated
- Preparation of all necessary documentation for upcoming meetings, including printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
