Due to continued growth, and exciting projects our client has an opportunity for a site based Document Controller in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire for a new project part of the HS2 works. This is a permanent role.

The Role:

• Work with site team to provide basic administrative support • Working closely with the Design Manager and Project lead • Liaise with members of design team and sub-contractors on design issues/queries • Management of design information • Assist the Project Leader in gathering data for monthly progress/forecast reports and collating the final document for issue • Provide weekly/monthly site stat reports to project manager • Audit hard copy folders (design and h&s) • Archive on completion of project • Provide a reporting and feedback function such that senior managers are fully aware of all documentation issues • Identify contractual requirements in relation to Document control. • Photocopying / scanning / printing / shredding Experience,

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience with a Document Control position • Experienced user of Document control systems, including Business Collaborator and Workspace 

Office Experience:

• Organisation skills • Self-motivated / Proactive and able to use initiative • Ability to work well under pressure, in a busy environment
