Carmichael are looking for a Document controller to join the team based in Aylesbury.

In this role you can expect to be involved in quality, design and construction support in the form of uploading and tracking status of construction documents.

You will arrange correspondence and document management onto our systems which include Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR


We would like you to provide advice and guidance to the construction delivery teams on document control systems. You would also be expected to maintain construction information systems.


Other duties include - 

  • Support the quality management team with the day to day operations
  • Provide support to the information management system team
  • Other adhoc duties when required

About The Candidate

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Communication skills at all levels
  • Time Management to work to deadlines
  • Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organiser and collaborative working essential
  • Knowledge of Document Management systems an advantage
