Working for a Tier 1 contractor. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of Signalling & Power projects within the division and Pro actively delivering & wherever possible exceeding, the agreed objectives of both the company & the client.
To be suitable for the position you must
Come from a Rail orientated project management background with a main contracting background ideally in M&E/E&P. Have experience in the delivery of Signalling & Power projects. Be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline and hold a professional qualification such as CEng or MAPM. Strong knowledge & experience of Rail Systems (Track / Pway, OLE, Signalling, E & P etc). Worked as Project Manager on similar projects
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have
- Relevant qualifications / certificates
- Membership of APM
- Prince2 qualification
Role Information
As an integral part of the management team you will be both technically and commercially responsible for the management and delivery of Signalling & Power projects within the division. You will also oversee health and safety by ensuring that all work is delivered in compliance with all relevant Company and Industry standards and procedures. You will also be required to ensure provision of key management information required by the business and our customers.
